Teambuilding, personnel management

KeSch trainer is expert for teambuilding. He completed a study programme in Sociology and Business Economy (Karl-Franzens University Graz, University of Economics in Bratislava). He is an organization and staff developer (MSc. Danube University Krems), Master of Business Administration – General Management (Vienna University of Economics and Business-Executive Academy).

He was a project team member and project manager in the field of IT and HR in various banks in Austria, Slovakia, Czech, Poland and Hungary. Mr. I.S. worked for 2 years at the Institute for Advanced Studies Vienna as a specialist and fellow.

Competences:

Since 2002 he has been working as a management consultant, trainer, mediator and coach, especially in international operations. He focuses on teambulding. He is ecpert for management training and coaching, mediation and conflict management, personnel management, teambuilding, intercultural training and intercultural support/consulting (company culture, teambuilding, mediation, motivational systems, post merger, change), train the trainer, project management and conception of staff and organizational development measures).

His focus lies on Austria, Slovakia and Czech Republic.

KeSch trainer has completed an education as a consultant, trainer, coach and mediator, as well as a training in „European Studies“ (Institute for Advanced Studies, Vienna), data collection and data analysis (University Essex, UK).

KeSch trainer is an accredited management trainer of Chamber of Commerce Austria. He is accredited business mediator of the Chamber of Commerce Austria. Furthermore he is accredited export consultant of the Chamber of Commerce Austria, registered mediator of the Federal Ministry of Justice, consultant of the Chamber of Commerce Lower Austria (WKNÖ).

KeSch trainer trains, consults, mediates and coaches in German, Slovakian, Czech, (English and Russian- only on certain subjects).
