KeSch trainer is expert for Executive training and American management culture. She completed her vocational training with a bank. Initially, she worked in the position of assistant in the credit department and subsequently as investment consultant in various banks. Later, she started as HR assistant and in-house trainer with an international automotive supplier.

Since 2007 she has been trainer, consultant and coach specialized in Executive training and American management culture. She is expert for management training, executive development in the production and change management. She trains team training and appraisal interviews, American management culture and coaching.
