Management training and international sales

KeSch trainer is expert for Management training and international sales. He completed an education as a machine fitter, and a study programme in Business Administration (University of Paderborn). He worked as an international financial controller for an international forklift trucks manufacturer. After that he worked as sales manager Europe in an international machine tool building company. He worked for many years as a divisional manager Central Europe in an international metal construction company. Later he was general manager of the international corporation in an international conglomerate (sanitary, perforated steel plates, stainless steel, radiators, chemistry).

Competences:

Since 2005 he has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach with the focus on Management training and international sales. He is expert for potential development and management, international sales strategies and sales training. He trains assessment center and management development, management coaching and interim management.

In addition to a completed education as a trainer and coach, KeSch trainer completed training as a mediator and numerous further training courses in methodology ad didactics.
