KeSch trainer is expert for Negotiation training and procurement training Asia. She completed a study programme in Industrial Mathematics and Japanese Studies (University Hamburg). She worked as a supply chain manager and later as a category manager in an international chemical company.

For years she worked as manager in procurement offices Asia for a consumer goods producer.

Since 2010 she has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach with the focus on Negotiation training and procurement training Asia. She is expert for strategic procurement and buying agent training, sales management and price negotiation, cooperation with suppliers in Asia. She trains supply chain management and cross-cultural project management.
