The KeSch trainer is an expert in customer acquisition and sales conversations. She has a diploma in business management (University of Munich, Germany). At first she worked for 9 years in the sales department of a financial service provider where she later was head of distribution. Afterwards she worked for 6 years as managing director of an international call centre as well as 4 years as head of human resources at an international IT company.
Competences
Since 2005 she has been working as trainer, consultant and coach with the focus on customer acquisition and sales conversations. Furthermore she trains reasoning techniques, price negotiation and objection handling, customer service training, telephone training, on the job training and sales coaching.
To train, consult and coach she has qualifications as management trainer and sales trainer, business coach and project manager as well as numerous further methodic and didactic educations.
