KeSch trainer is expert in International management competence. She has a doctorate in Economic Engineering (Universities of Kaiserslautern and Birmingham, UK). Initially, she was employed as an assessor and later as project leader with a university institute for six years. She subsequently worked as a business consultant with an international consulting company in the UK for two years. This was followed by six years as Personnel developer international for a global financial services company.

Competences:

Since 2011, she has worked as a trainer, consultant and coach specialised in International management competence. She is expert in international organisation development and process management, talent management and appraisals. Additional focus areas are remote management, train-the-trainer and management coaching.

Her qualifications to perform training, consulting and coaching as KeSch trainer include an education in systemic consulting and governance in organisations and an education in coaching. Furthermore, she has completed an education as EFQM Internal Assessor.
