Initially, she was employed as senior consultant with a company active in executive search for six years. Subsequently, she worked as Recruitment and People Development Manager Russia for four years, HR Manager Central Asia for two years and finally as HR Manager Eastern Europe with an international company in the luxury foods industry.

Since 2014, she has worked as trainer, consultant and coach specialized in Sales and management Russia. She is expert in sales training and management training, people management training and stress management training. In addition, she trains in International Presentation and Complaint Management, Virtual Team Building and Performance Management.

Her qualifications to perform training, consulting and coaching as KeSch trainer include an education in Human Resources Practice and a graduate education in Personal Performance Coaching. Furthermore, she has a Train the Trainer certificate and has completed numerous further training courses in methodology and didactics.
