Sales coaching and team development

KeSch trainer is expert for Sales coaching and team development. He completed a study programme in Philosophy and Psychology (University Trier). He worked as a school psychologist and psychological counsellor, later as head of psychology. Later he was a head of management and cooperation in an international company for consulting and further education.

Competences:

Since 2000 he has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach with the focus on Sales coaching and team development. He is expert for leadership training and team development, international cooperation and management instruments, appraisal interviews and career programmes. He trains sales coaching, innovations coaching and systemic coaching.

KeSch trainer has completed an education as a trainer and systemic coach, as well as training as a quality manager and auditor, and numerous further training courses in methodology and didactics.
